About the Role:

PubMatic is seeking a dynamicVice President, Advertiser Solutions – Specialist Salesto join our expanding sales organizationAs a key member of our US sales leadership team, you will report to the SVP of Advertiser Solutions and play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth. You’ll leverage your industry knowledge and strategic vision to engage with brand and agency leadership, challenging their assumptions and offering innovative programmatic solutions. You will lead a team of specialist sellers with focus areas ranging across CTV, app, curation and commerce/retail. This team focuses on driving sales of those specific solutions and works in collaboration with our generalist sales team. What You'll Do:

  • Drive Growth of Strategic Products:Define and execute PubMatic’s sales strategy across CTV, app, curation and commerce/retail. Lead a team of sellers to implement and drive sales against that GTM strategy.
  • Lead Through Collaboration:Work closely with key product and business leaders to define and iterate on overarching strategy, bringing customer voice and feedback to the table. Partner with generalist sales leaders and team members to drive a collaborative, matrixed sales organization that is effective at connecting a multitude of solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Drive Sales Structure:Create effective comp models, sales processes and collaboration frameworks to ensure this growing sales specialist team thrives within the broader sales organization. Employ a highly structure approach to leadership and management.
  • Build Lasting Relationships:Be an incredible networker constantly building our brand and establishing trust in the marketplace.
  • Industry Influence:Represent PubMatic at key industry events, staying ahead of the latest programmatic trends and building influential networks.
  • Travel with Purpose:Attend prospect and client meetings, conferences, and internal strategy sessions to support business objectives.

Who You Are:

  • Industry Veteran:15+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and/or Product roles within a Publisher, AdTech platform, DSP, or SSP.
  • Strategic Relationship Builder:Proven experience managing a diverse client base, including Holding Companies, Brands, and Independent Agencies.
  • Visionary Leader:Ability to shape product business strategies, influence roadmaps, drive strategic decisions, and collaborate with product management and other business leaders.
  • Expert Communicator:Confidently present to both agency leadership and account teams, navigating challenges with poise.
  • Innovative Problem Solver:Creative thinker who proactively seeks knowledge about PubMatic’s technology and the latest trends in programmatic advertising.
  • Deep Range:Ability to think deeply across multiple solutions. This leader will manage sellers with a myriad of different focus areas, so it’s critical this leader can go deep in multiple areas of the ecosystem, notably CTV, app, curation, and commerce/retail to start.

Compensation Disclosure

In accordance with applicable law, the below salary rang e provided is PubMatic’s reasonable estimate of the total compensation for this role. New hires and current team members are typically compensated toward the middle of our pay range. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skill s and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units, and a competitive benefits package.
