Mastercard is seeking a Vice President to lead Commerce Media Advertiser Sales in North America. You will drive revenue, shape strategy, and manage partnerships with Fortune 500 brands and agencies. This is a build role with cross-functional alignment across product, marketing, and Mastercard account teams.

This role focuses on Mastercard Commerce Media (MCM), our commerce media network and advertising solutions business. MCM combines Mastercard's differentiated commerce signals with a closed-loop measurement framework and media activation capabilities to help advertisers drive measurable performance and best-in-class returns. The VP, Commerce Media Advertiser Sales will focus exclusively on the demand side of the MCM business: activating brands, agencies, and advertiser partners across priority categories including retail, dining, travel, entertainment, and financial services.
The Vice President of Commerce Media Advertiser Sales is a quota-carrying, revenue-producing leadership role responsible for building and scaling the advertiser-facing sales motion for MCM in North America. Reporting to the SVP, Commerce Media Sales, this leader will own demand-side revenue execution, pipeline development, advertiser acquisition, and expansion across Fortune 500 brands, agency holding companies, independent agencies, and relevant buying platforms. This is a build role. The VP will translate the broader MCM commercial strategy into an advertiser sales operating plan, define priority verticals and target account lists, establish a disciplined sales process, and partner closely with Product, Marketing, Mastercard account teams, RevOps, and the publisher-side commercial team to bring differentiated commerce media solutions to market. The ideal candidate has scaled advertiser revenue in retail media, commerce media, digital advertising, adtech, agency, or media platform environments. This leader brings strong credibility with senior brand and agency buyers, a deep understanding of performance media and measurement, and the operating rigor to build a high-performing sales motion in a fast-moving category.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
