TEGNA is seeking an accomplished sales leader to serve as Vice President, Ad Sales, guiding local advertising sales strategy and performance across our markets.
The VP will drive revenue growth, lead and develop local sales leaders, set priorities, and ensure teams execute effective, multi-platform advertising solutions for clients. This role reports to the SVP, Ad Sales and requires a proven track record, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel.

The Vice President, Ad Sales is accountable for driving revenue growth and sales performance across our markets. This leader will lead and develop local sales leaders, establish clear priorities and ensure teams are executing strategies that deliver results for our advertising customers and TEGNA.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading sales organizations, developing high-performing leaders, achieving revenue goals and driving consistent execution across multiple markets.
The position reports to the SVP, Ad Sales.
Pay Range
$230,000-$300,000 USD
