Qualifications

• 5–10 years of total work experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks including RCSA, EBCA, and RCAT.
• Experience in issue management and root cause analysis.
• Ability to interpret KRI and telemetry data effectively.
• Excellent analytical and risk communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality RCSA execution, including risk identification, control mapping, assessment, and documentation.
• Coordinate and execute issue management, ORE management, new product approvals, business process changes, and control telemetry for the Platform, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Monitor and report status of 1RC program deliverables; analyze trends and repeat issues, integrating outcomes into reporting.
• Identify and escalate requests that exceed the 1RC program scope.
• Champion root cause remediation and reporting of key incidents and control-related matters.
