Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Product Manager to connect the Voyager product line with the Growth team and internal stakeholders, ensuring the product direction reflects market needs and internal capabilities.

You will translate customer feedback into actionable insights, drive alignment on priorities, and coordinate with both internal and external partners. This role emphasizes clear communication, program governance, and proactive planning across Voyager projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product operations, program management, supply chain coordination, or a similar cross-functional role within a hardware manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and sales functions.
• Experience tracking production metrics, inventory positions, or fulfillment timelines.
• Ability to assemble fragmented signals into a clear leadership briefing.
• Prior experience driving outcomes through relationships rather than org chart leverage.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance.
• Willing to travel as necessary (~10%).

Responsibilities

• Own Voyager product voice and input as part of product direction.
• Translate field and customer feedback into actionable product insights.
• Establish regular channels to gather input from internal hardware recipients and relay to Voyager leadership.
• Collaborate on product prioritization and roadmap visibility, including EOL planning and new features.
• Attend Voyager product reviews and planning sessions to ensure all voices are considered.
• Serve as primary liaison between Growth team and Voyager product line to enrich decisions with external data.
• Develop and implement predictable processes to capture key customer insights and deployment challenges.
• Communicate product updates across functions and external partners.
• Maintain Voyager information hub for announcements and insights.
• Produce periodic updates detailing product changes to keep teams informed.
• Strengthen relationships between Voyager teams (including Dublin) and US partners.
• Escalate quality and delivery timeline challenges with Product Operations and Supply Chain teams.
• Support broader operational goals including demand planning, hardware/software integration, and internal partnerships.
