Responsibilities include guiding 403(b)/457 participants on retirement strategies and conducting seminars. Ideal candidates will be registered representatives with experience in defined contribution plans, possess relevant securities registrations, and have strong knowledge of the financial services market. This position offers competitive base salary plus commissions and various support resources to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Registered Representative with experience working defined contribution plans, 403(b), 457, and 401(a) preferred.
• Desire to assist clients meet their financial and retirement goals.
• Ability to conduct retirement and investment seminars.
• Relationship building.
• Fund knowledge and product/pricing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct participant education and advice on retirement strategies.
• Prospect and conduct one-on-one appointments with clients.
• Research client service issues and investment questions.
• Conduct retirement and investment seminars for plan sponsors and participants.

This position will be responsible for 403(b)/457 participant education and advice, retirement strategies, and seminars. Qualified candidates must possess the skills necessary to prospect, schedule and conduct one on one appointments, recommend and implement investment strategies, and research client service issues and investment questions. Additionally, candidate must have ability to conduct retirement and investment seminars.

Qualifications
