Vow’d Weddings in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a part-time Senior Stylist to join our vibrant team. As the right-hand to the Store Leader, you will mentor stylists, deliver personalized bridal styling, and help create unforgettable guest experiences.

You’ll lead styling sessions, train teammates, grow brand awareness, and contribute to recruitment and events while delivering elevated service in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Previous experience in an elevated service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bride’s advocate, delivering unique, one-of-a-kind guest experiences
• Champion product knowledge & styling training to drive sales results through strong conversion and AOV
• Deliver innovative ideas and outreach strategies to grow brand awareness and generate appointments
• Leverage your product knowledge to create a beautiful guest environment through visual merchandising
• Mentor and motivate a team of stylists, acting as the culture cheerleader for your team
• Support your Store Leader with recruitment, community outreach and operational tasks
