Job summary

Vow’d Weddings in Lone Tree, CO is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to partner with the Store Leader in delivering a premiere guest experience and driving daily store performance. You will lead the sales floor, coach stylists, and ensure top-tier hospitality while maintaining brand standards during peak periods at our Park Meadows location.

You will build a strong bench of talent through recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing development, while supporting events and community outreach to grow

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor and act as the on-duty leader to drive store performance.
• Coach stylists through real-time feedback and observations to improve guest experience and selling behaviors.
• Partner with the Store Leader to manage opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Support local events, partnerships, and community outreach to grow brand awareness and appointments.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and ensure elevated store standards and visual presentation.
