Job summary

The Outreach Team is hiring immediately for canvass and leadership roles in Wisconsin. Positions include full-time and part-time shifts from 10:45 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., every day of the week, with potential for advancement through November 3rd.

Earn $23/hour as a canvass worker and $25/hour for leadership, with a $1/hour bilingual bonus and overtime opportunities. Staff will engage the public, convey campaign messages, and collect complete voter registrations while adhering to all laws and safety

Responsibilities

• Engage with the public in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Deliver a compelling campaign message and collect voter registration forms.
• Participate in staff training to improve outreach skills.
• Follow all local, state, and federal laws around voter registration.
• Lead a small team of canvassers and coordinate daily activities.
• Ensure canvassers have materials needed to be safe and effective.
• Assist directors with canvasser training and administrative work.
