The Outreach Team is hiring Voter Registration Canvassers in Greensboro, NC. This role involves engaging with the public to register voters, share information, and record responses using a mobile app. Role types include full-time and part-time with immediate start and paid training.

Canvassers earn $24.50 per hour with bonuses; Team Leads start at $26/hour. Overtime, paid sick leave, and referral bonuses are available. Must be comfortable outdoors and respectful in all interactions.

Voter Registration Canvasser

Hiring Immediately - $24.50-$27/hr + bonuses

Full-time & Part-time

Help us register voters and build power in North Carolina! This year, it's more important than ever that every eligible North Carolinian has a voice at the polls. That's why we're partnering with great groups like Forward Majority and the Analyst Institute to register new voters ahead of the November election. Our team will talk with people in busy public areas across Raleigh and Charlotte, help them get registered, and learn what matters most to our communities. If you're ready to help build political power from the ground up, we want you on our team!

This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in Leadership, Public Speaking & Persuasion, Grassroots Organizing, Voter Registration & Civic Engagement, Team Management, and Data Collection, all skills that carry over to careers in politics, nonprofits, and sales

Get paid well! Canvassers start at $24.50/hr and Team Leads at $26/hr, with paid training at $24/hr for your first 3 days. Plus overtime pay, paid sick leave, shift bonuses, and referral bonuses when you bring your friends on board.

Locations: We will be canvassing in Greensboro

We are hiring immediately; all positions run through November 3rd. Shifts run from 10:45am - 6:30pm weekdays and weekends with the possibility to work part-time or full-time

Canvasser Responsibilities ($24.50/hr)

• Approach people in busy public areas and talk with them in a friendly, respectful way

Team Lead Responsibilities ($26/hr)

Everything above, plus:

• Lead a small team of canvassers in the field, checking in throughout the day and debriefing at the end of each shift
• Make sure every canvasser has the materials they need to be safe and successful
• Help directors with training and administrative work
