Job summary

The Outreach Team in North Carolina is hiring canvassers to turn out voters through door-to-door outreach. Roles include full-time and part-time positions with pay starting at $22/hour and team lead at $24/hour. Overtime pay, shift bonuses, paid training, sick pay, and friend-referral bonuses are offered.

Location includes Granville County and Wilson County, NC. Employees must be eligible to work in the US and will complete I-9 verification after hire.

Responsibilities

• Door-to-door outreach to engage voters.

Help us turn out voters in North Carolina to get out the vote and win!

Grassroots efforts are ramping up and we are looking for a team of canvassers to help us reach voters who deserve a voice in this election. From now through Election Day, our team is connecting directly with voters on the ground through door-to-door outreach. We will be supporting candidates who champion progressive values and our shared vision for the future, encouraging people to get out and vote for progressive leaders down the ticket.

This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in the following areas: Leadership, Communication & Advocacy, Community Outreach & Engagement, Campaign Work, Public Policy, and Social Enterprise.

Canvassing positions start at $22/hour. Team Lead positions start at $24/hour.

We offer overtime pay, shift bonuses, paid training, sick pay, and bonuses for friend referrals.
