Job summary

The Outreach Team is seeking a Voter Contact Field Director to lead a field operation in Ashland, Oregon, recruiting, training, and managing a local canvass team to contact voters and defend reproductive rights.

Responsibilities include training staff, setting targets, ensuring quality, and coordinating reporting and payroll. This full-time role requires long hours, weekends, and strong commitment to equity and civic engagement.

• Manage administrative duties, including reporting data, record keeping, processing payroll, and distribution of materials.

Hiring a Voter Contact Field Director to elect Democrats in Oregon

The Field Director will recruit, train, and manage a team of local canvassers to contact voters at the door. Directors are expected to train voter contact canvassers in the field while canvassing themselves to lead by example; they must also communicate long and short-term goals to staff and manage campaign reporting.

Salary

The salary range for this position is $1,146 – $1,500 per week. We offer a generous benefits package, including paid vacation and sick leave, health insurance, and hands-on training. At the end of the campaign, there may be opportunities for advancement and bonuses.
