The New Hampshire Democratic Party is seeking a Voter Access Associate to support the 2026 voter access program. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about voting rights and committed to the mission of working to elect Democrats up and down the ballot.
The Voter Access Associate will be a key leader in the voter access program, helping to build and execute an innovative, data‑driven statewide plan to identify and address the barriers to casting a ballot in New Hampshire. This position will engage in work in each area of the voter access program’s work: election administration & advocacy; poll observation; voter assistance hotline, voter education, and volunteer recruitment. This position is a full‑time in‑person role based in New Hampshire.
This position has a salary of 5,000 per month and full benefits, including PTO as needed, health, dental, and vision insurance. The position’s schedule will vary based on the needs of the campaign and will require evening and weekend work over the course of the election cycle.
