Role Description

This is a volunteer remote role for a Volunteer Talent Acquisition Manager. The Volunteer Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Duties include developing and implementing employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent. The role will also involve coordinating with team leads to understand hiring needs and ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
  • Experience in Interviewing and Hiring
  • Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Capability to work independently and remotely
  • Prior experience in volunteer recruitment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
