  • Provides "red carpet" level customer service to the public, volunteers, and corporate groups in person, over the phone, and digitally.
  • Responsible for handling minor event administrative needs, which may include handling money, tracking registration lists, or assisting with setup and teardown.
  • May be called upon to perform other HSGD tasks to support the team as needed, including but not limited to: assisting with animal handling/transport to events, cleaning volunteer spaces, or data entry.
  • Trains, encourages, motivates, and provides positive guidance to volunteers representing the Humane Society of Greater Dayton.
Essential Skills & Behavior Traits:
  • Succinct communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to organize thoughts in a logical, clear, and concise manner.
