Position Summary
In this role, you will:

• Design and Develop Learning Content
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and content requirements.
  • Create multimedia assets, including videos, interactive assessments, and written materials.
  • Utilize design software (such as Photoshop, InDesign) and multimedia design tools (including HTML and CSS) to enhance the learning experience.
• Social Media Integration
  • Integrate multimedia content into our social media platforms to reach a wider audience.
  • Develop engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, aligning with our Christian message.
• Course Development
  • Organize and maintain schedules to ensure a steady workflow of course development.
  • Collaborate with other team members to create comprehensive e-learning courses.
• Quality Assurance
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and alignment of multimedia content with our Christian values.
  • Conduct quality checks to verify functionality and usability.
• Spiritual Impact
  • Understand the spiritual impact of your work-how it contributes to discipleship, biblical understanding, and personal growth.

Experience
