Tutoria connects people in need with volunteer tutors via our online platform. Volunteers and clients sign up at https://tutoria.io. They select their interests (English tutoring, US Citizenship, or legal aid) and availability, then connect via direct message.

Why Tutoria?

There is a strong demand from immigrants for education and legal services worldwide. Many volunteers are willing to offer these services, but connecting them manually is a bottleneck. As a volunteer, you will help bridge this gap, creating social impact and working with passionate professionals, including Tutoria’s leadership.

The Role

We are seeking a Change Management Support with project management skills to handle cross-functional changes. Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing requirements for process improvements and website updates
  2. Testing platform enhancements and bug fixes
  3. Supporting stakeholder management, communication, and engagement activities
  4. Tracking and reviewing change management inquiries and providing feedback
  5. Performing other tasks as needed
Candidate Requirements

We welcome student volunteers. Please note, this role does not fulfill 24-month STEM OPT requirements. Candidates must submit verification of their OPT status from their institution.
