Volunteer Opportunity: Customer Service & Participant Support (Remote - WI, MN, or MI)

Join Operation Horses Heal as a Volunteer Customer Service & Participant Support team member. This role supports our mission to reduce Veteran suicide through equine-assisted services by assisting with inquiries, paperwork, and participant coordination.

This remote position is open to residents of Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Michigan.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries via phone or email
  • Assist participants with paperwork and registration
  • Coordinate transportation and logistics
  • Provide friendly support to ensure a positive participant experience
  • Collaborate with team members during events or prep periods
Time Commitment
  • 5-10 hours per week, flexible schedule, some weekday availability preferred
Qualifications
  • Reside in WI, MN, or MI
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable engaging with diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work independently from home
  • Compassionate, reliable, responsive
  • Experience with veteran communities is a plus; veterans are encouraged to apply
