We're looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to help build and optimize the systems that power Wevise's outreach and growth. You'll work closely with our Marketing, Programs, and Product teams to track the customer journey, manage pipelines, build dashboards, and ensure our efforts effectively convert mentors, mentees, donors, and volunteers.

This role is more marketing focused (front-end) than programming focused, and we need someone who has at least one year of experience. So we need someone who understands customer journeys/ pipelines, SEO, GEO, MailChimp integration, graphics, videos, branding, engagement, conversion, etc.

This is an opportunity to create the backbone of a scalable marketing engine. If you enjoy making sense of data, designing clean systems, and turning complexity into clarity, we'd love to hear from you.

Who We're Looking For

Someone who enjoys analytics, structured workflows, and the behind-the-scenes systems that make great marketing possible. You might come from marketing operations, data analysis, CRM management, growth operations, or any role where you've built dashboards, tracked attribution, or improved pipelines. Strong communication, accountability, and a love for organized systems are essential.

Experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, or CRM tools is helpful. Bonus points if you've worked with UTMs, attribution modeling, HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, SQL, or data visualization tools.

You'll gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, mentorship from experienced ops professionals, and a portfolio of dashboards, reports, and systems you built.
