About ETC: ETC provides inbound programs for high school students worldwide to study in American high schools and live with American families. Our outbound programs offer students the opportunity to study abroad. As a non-profit organization, ETC aims to support students and host families through a network of local coordinators and dedicated staff.

Role Overview:
  • Support exchange students and host families, including monthly oversight
  • Receive training and ongoing support from the Field Manager
  • Assist in recruiting host families through various outreach methods
Who We Seek:

Community-minded individuals such as teachers, volunteers, and social workers who are organized, self-motivated, and well-networked within their community. A driver’s license and transportation are required. Ability to pass a background check is essential.

Compensation & Schedule:

This is an independent contractor position offering supplemental income based on recruitment efforts and student oversight. Hours are flexible (10-20 hours/month) and work can be done from home.
