ETC offers inbound and outbound programs for high school students to study abroad or in the U.S., providing support for students and host families through local coordinators and staff.

Role Overview

• Support exchange students and host families, including monthly oversight
• Receive training and ongoing support from the Field Manager
• Assist in recruiting volunteer host families (optional)

Qualifications

• Problem-solving skills and ability to support students and families
• Organized, self-motivated, well-connected in the community
• Driver’s license and transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

Compensation and Schedule

This is a part-time, independent contractor role offering supplemental income based on recruitment efforts and student oversight, typically 10-20 hours/month. Opportunities for growth into management are available.
