ETC provides inbound program opportunities for high school students worldwide to study in an American high school and live with an American family. Its outbound program offers students the chance to study and live abroad. Education Travel & Culture is a personalized organization committed to providing exceptional support for students and host families through a network of local coordinators and dedicated staff.

We are seeking host families in Cedar Falls, IA, to host exchange students arriving in August 2024! Students come from countries such as Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Vietnam, Brazil, Turkey, Paraguay, and more.

The requirements to become a volunteer host family are simple:

• Provide 3 meals a day
• Transport to/from school
• A bedroom to sleep and study (students can share with same gender and similar age)
• Love and support

All families can be great host families! We've hosted single moms, busy families, same-sex couples, empty nesters, and more. Can't commit to a full year or semester? Consider becoming a "Welcome Family" for 4-8 weeks to introduce the student to the U.S.!
