Why Host?

Share your world, raise global awareness, and create lifelong friendships by hosting a high school exchange student. We are currently seeking host families in Houston, AK, and surrounding areas for several fall 2025 exchange students. Opportunities include full year, semester (5 months), or welcoming families. All you need is a spare bed and an open heart.

Meet the Students
  • Marina from Spain, age 15 - likes skiing, gymnastics, equestrian, and youth group
  • Finn from Germany, age 16 - likes American Football, basketball, chess, and design
  • Eliza from Belgium, age 17 - likes gymnastics, painting, reading, and writing
  • Rocio from Spain, age 15 - likes band, public speaking, violin, gymnastics, and the outdoors
What’s Involved?

Hosting involves providing a bed, three meals a day, local transportation, and family support. In return, you and your family will gain a lifetime experience, learn about another culture, share American traditions, and build a meaningful bond with a student from abroad.

Who Can Host?

Traditional and non-traditional families are welcome, including retirees, empty nesters, young couples, singles, single parents, same-sex families, and multi-generational families.
