Founded in 2007, West Place Animal Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides lifesaving care, love, and a permanent home to farm animals rescued from abuse, neglect, and cruelty. It is also a licensed wildlife rehabilitation center that assists sick, injured, and orphaned animals, releasing healthy wildlife back into their natural habitats. Additionally, it serves as the lost dog shelter for Tiverton and Little Compton. The sanctuary has a network of over 75 volunteers providing essential animal care year-round, and offers hands-on humane education to students to foster compassion.
Any day of the week between 9-5.
Experience in gardening and landscaping or willingness to learn is required. Open to all genders.
