Job summary

FieldLevel, Inc. seeks a Goalkeeper Coach to develop NCAA Division II women’s soccer goalkeepers through targeted technical, tactical, and physical training aligned with the Head Coach’s program.

You will plan and lead GK sessions, provide feedback, and help with match preparation and performance analysis. You’ll support video review, scouting prep, and foster a competitive training environment that promotes confidence, leadership, and consistent GK performance.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience with goalkeepers preferred
• Strong understanding of goalkeeper technique and tactics
• Ability to provide clear feedback and performance analysis

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead goalkeeper-specific training sessions
• Provide individual feedback and performance analysis to GK players
• Assist with team training sessions and match preparation as needed
• Support video review, scouting prep, and in-game management for GK unit

Job description

The Goalkeeper Coach is responsible for the development and performance of the goalkeepers within a competitive NCAA Division II women’s soccer program. The coach will plan and lead specialized goalkeeper training sessions, focusing on technical, tactical, and physical development while aligning with the overall team training objectives established by the Head Coach.Responsibilities include preparing goalkeepers for practices and matches, providing individual feedback and performance analysis, assisting with team training sessions when needed, and supporting match preparation and in-game management.
