Job summary

FieldLevel, Inc. is seeking a Goalkeeper Coach to develop and improve the performance of the program's goalkeepers within a competitive NAIA women’s soccer context in the United States.

You will plan and lead specialized goalkeeper training, deliver individual feedback and performance analysis, assist with team training, video review, scouting prep, and match preparation to foster confidence, leadership, and consistency in the goalkeeper unit.

Qualifications

• The Goalkeeper Coach is responsible for the development and performance of the goalkeepers within a competitive NAIA women’s soccer program.
• The coach will plan and lead specialized goalkeeper training sessions, focusing on technical, tactical, and physical development while aligning with the overall team training objectives established by the Head Coach.
• Responsibilities include preparing goalkeepers for practices and matches, providing individual feedback and performance analysis, assisting with team training sessions when needed, and supporting match preparation and in-game management.
• The Goalkeeper Coach will also help with video review, scouting preparation, and fostering a competitive training environment that promotes confidence, leadership, and consistent performance from the goalkeeper unit.
