  • Design architecture for TCUS platforms like Libelle.io, Recipe Empire, and our volunteer systems.
  • Map data, people, projects, content, and money flows to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and leadership to integrate technology, governance, and human networks.
  • Identify potential failure points, ethical issues, and unseen opportunities.
  • Prototype scalable models for operational innovation.
  • Explore evolution into a distributed, self-organizing system.
  • Incorporate insights from systems science, decentralized tech, AI governance, and more.
Who You Are
  • A systems thinker, product architect, or digital strategist.
  • Enjoy creating blueprints, flowcharts, and network diagrams.
  • Curious about incentives, governance, and collaboration systems.
  • Willing to experiment and think ambitiously.
  • Bonus: experience in platform design, blockchain, AI governance, or complex systems.
  • Bonus: background in organizational design, open source communities, or alternative economies.
Expected Outputs
  • Systems diagrams illustrating platform and process integration.
