• Ensure the Girl Scout Leadership Experience is facilitated and implemented effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteers.
• Provide support for membership retention efforts.
• Manage onboarding process for new troop leaders.
• Collaborate with internal teams for training and support.
