Global Robotics & Science Foundation in Greenville, TX seeks a Manager of Volunteer Services to lead recruitment, engagement, and retention of volunteers for VEX Robotics programs and competitions. You will build sustainable pipelines of judges, educators, university students, and community volunteers across a range of events.

The role requires collaboration with Event Partners, strong project management, and travel as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred with experience in volunteer recruitment or nonprofit programs.
• Proven ability to build recruitment pipelines and relationships with organizations.
• Strong project management, communication, organization, and relationship skills.
• Experience with volunteer management, CRM, or event management tech preferred.
• Willing to travel to Greenville and occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a year-round volunteer recruitment and engagement strategy.
• Build volunteer pipelines through corporations, universities, and communities.
• Forecast needs by role, location, and timeline with targeted plans.
• Provide partners with recruitment tools, role descriptions, and communications.
• Coordinate with training teams for orientation and certification.
• Maintain accurate volunteer records including certifications and geography.
• Create ambassador, recognition, and advancement programs.
• Track recruitment metrics and develop contingency plans for events.
• Ensure practices comply with policies and safety requirements.
