We produce showcases, journals, and journaling resources to inspire the broken-hearted to transform pain into passion.

We're looking for someone to assist with behind-the-scenes work at The Love Story. This includes scheduling meetings for directors, creating and writing manuals for various organizational roles and operational procedures, acting as a liaison between workshop hosts, attendees, external contacts, and the CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of our Discord community, optimizing daily operations, and relaying information to newcomers. The role also involves interviewing new volunteers via Volunteer Match as needed.

This position requires an organized individual fluent in English, with a flexible schedule, experienced with Google Docs, Google Forms, Google Calendar, Canva, Calendly, Discord, and Zoom. The candidate should be an effective communicator, responsive to messages and emails, manage time well, passionate about non-profit work, empathetic, and friendly. Commitment is 5-10 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months.
