Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a healthcare setting.

• Knowledge of hospice philosophy of care.
• Ability to organize and develop volunteer hospice personnel.
• Experience planning and delivering volunteer training and orientation programs.
• Ability to assess patient and family needs for volunteer services.
• Ability to supervise and evaluate volunteer performance.
• Ability to coordinate support and educational meetings.
