What will I do as the Volunteer Coordinator? Lead and expand our volunteer program managing over 120 active volunteers, coordinating recruitment, onboarding, training, and engagement. Build strong relationships with volunteers, serve as liaison with program teams, and manage volunteer data. Continuously evaluate and grow the program to meet evolving needs.

Salary: $42,000 - $45,000 DOE. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 403(b) with match, generous PTO, paid holidays, and professional development opportunities.
