Overview

We're looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to join our team. The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for representing volunteers, advocating for volunteer services, identifying needs, recruiting volunteers, and assigning them to patients and families.

About You

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or four years related experience.
• Healthcare/hospice or volunteer administration experience preferred.
• Previous volunteer experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate computer, facsimile equipment, copier, and cell phone.
• Ability to understand the needs of hospice patients and families.
• Sensitivity to life and death issues faced by individuals with terminal illness.
• CPR Certification.
• Current automobile insurance and valid driver's license.
