Job summary

LifeWise Academy seeks dedicated teachers for grades 6-12 who are active church participants and able to demonstrate strong Bible knowledge and classroom skills. You will implement LifeWise curriculum, maintain records, engage students, and collaborate with staff to support spiritual growth.

Applicants should have at least two years of teaching experience, a mature Christian faith, and active local church involvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience in school or church setting.
• Active participation in and commitment to a local church.
• Mature personal Christian faith aligned with LifeWise beliefs.

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training, including LifeWise Teacher Certification.
• Teach LifeWise Classes using LifeWise curriculum with age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Maintain accurate student attendance records and class rosters.
• Keep a clean, organized classroom and manage classroom procedures.
• Communicate with program director and school staff; build relationships with volunteers.
