Report to: Head Coach
Purpose:
The primary focus of the Volunteer Coach (Seasonal) will be the pole vault. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, training athletes on the track & field team, and assisting the head coach in all aspects of pre-season & post-season training, practice, competition, and recruitment. Must be capable of having a flexible practice schedule, monitoring student-athlete academic success, and recruiting strategy for event groups. Also assist the Head Coach in organizing team events, travel logistics, hosting outdoor invitationals, and team fundraising. Adherence to NCAA Division III rules and regulations, supporting the philosophy, goals, and mission of the college and its intercollegiate athletics program, as well as adherence to departmental, university, NACC, and NCAA policies and procedures is required.
