Volumetric Mixer Operator CDL Class A or B

Join us to apply for the Volumetric Mixer Operator CDL Class A or B role at SRM Concrete.

We are seeking engaged, driven individuals with an active CDL license to join our team of Mixer Operators. The primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and safe production of high-quality concrete products. This involves safely operating and maintaining concrete mixer trucks, loading and mixing concrete according to specifications, and delivering the product to construction sites, both commercial and residential. The role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and teamwork. We value proactive individuals and are committed to sharing the success of SRM Concrete.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete.
• Load and mix concrete ingredients following job orders and protocols.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain professional interaction with customers and the public.
• Conduct pre- and post-operation checks and report maintenance needs.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
• Coordinate with dispatch for efficient scheduling.
• Support other duties as assigned, including general maintenance or production support.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in various weather conditions.
• No unexplained employment gaps.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability.
• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screenings.
