KEVA Sports Center is seeking a Volleyball Referee to officiate youth games and foster a positive sportsmanship environment. You will ensure fair play, communicate with players and coaches, and manage game flow to provide a fun, engaging experience for young athletes.

Qualifications

• Experience officiating volleyball or similar sports is preferred.
• Strong understanding of volleyball rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Passion for youth sports and commitment to fostering a positive environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Officiate volleyball games for youth players, ensuring fair play and adherence to rules.

• Monitor game flow and manage game time, including timeouts and substitutions.
• Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their skills and understanding of the game.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere throughout the games.
• Assist in setting up and taking down equipment before and after matches.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on volleyball rules and officiating techniques.
• Resolve any disputes or conflicts on the court in a calm and professional manner.
