KEVA Sports Center is seeking a Volleyball Referee to officiate youth games, ensuring fair play and a positive atmosphere. You will communicate with players, coaches, and parents, monitor game flow, and provide constructive feedback to help players improve.

The role requires evenings and weekend availability, with training to stay updated on rules and officiating techniques. Join a supportive team dedicated to youth development and enjoyment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in officiating volleyball or similar sports preferred.
• Strong understanding of volleyball rules and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
• Passion for youth sports and commitment to fostering a positive environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Officiate volleyball games for youth players, ensuring fair play and adherence to rules.

• Resolve any disputes or conflicts on the court in a calm and professional manner.
