Job summary

St. Andrew's Episcopal School is seeking a Volleyball Head Coach to oversee the volleyball program for student-athletes in Ridgeland, MS. You will organize practices, coordinate contests, and ensure student-athletes meet eligibility requirements while fostering sportsmanship and teamwork throughout the season.

• Strong communication with parents, students, and staff.
• Ability to recruit and supervise assistant coaches.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and growth of the volleyball program.
• Instruct and model proper volleyball skills and safety practices.
• Plan and supervise practices, contests, and travel for away games.
• Recruit, train, and supervise assistant coaches with the Head of Athletics.
• Ensure fairness of tryouts and selection; notify participants appropriately.
• Schedule competitions and coordinate logistics with administrators and faculty.
• Monitor eligibility criteria for student-athletes.
