Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year experience in coaching or player development.
• Valid driver’s license for operating college-owned vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Head Volleyball Coach to assist with the effective management of the volleyball program.
• Coordinate and maintain schedules for practices, competitions, travel, and events.
• Communicate professionally with student-athletes, coaching staff, campus departments and official contacts.
• Assist with team travel arrangements, equipment management, records, and game-day operations.
• Maintain confidential program documentation in line with college, conference and NJCAA requirements.
• Support a positive, organized, student-centered program focused on development and team success.
