Job summary

D1 Training Sandy Springs is looking for a Volleyball Specialist to lead sport-specific training for youth, high school, and club athletes chasing their next level — from varsity to college recruitment.

At D1, coaches design and deliver volleyball-specific speed, agility, vertical, and skill development sessions. Roles include 1-on-1 and small group coaching, with a focus on building a strong physical foundation to compete at the D1 level.

Qualifications

• Playing and/or coaching experience in volleyball (club, high school, or college level a plus).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for developing young athletes.
• Certification in strength & conditioning or willingness to obtain (CSCS, CPT, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Maximize client retention through coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
• Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand.
• Teach proper form and technique and keep all athletes safe.
• Coaching group workouts, personal training, and teams.
