Job summary

D1 Training Sandy Springs is seeking a Soccer Specialist to lead sport-specific training for youth, high school, and club athletes aiming to reach the next level, from varsity to college recruitment.

You will design and coach soccer-specific speed, agility, footwork, and skill development sessions, work 1-on-1 or in small groups, and bring energy, structure, and strong soccer IQ to every session as you help athletes build a foundation to compete at the D1 level.

Qualifications

• AED/CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning experience in a group, team, or personal training setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred.
• NCCA-accredited certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and coach soccer-specific speed, agility, footwork, and skill development sessions.
• Work 1-on-1 and in small groups with athletes at every stage.
• Bring energy, structure, and real soccer IQ to every session.
• Help athletes build the physical foundation to compete at the D1 level.
• Reduce an athlete's risk of injury by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns.
