The individual will manage scheduling for the leagues and assist with team communication, equipment installs and management, and league prizes.**What You’ll Bring:*** Create schedules across 8 Goat locations in 4 states for all active leagues.* Manages daily functions for the league and teams to ensure smooth operations.* Build relationships with site Team Members, players, guests, residents within the communities. Communicate and work on scheduling adjustments, cancellations, etc. as needed* Observe, assess and assist during league play to support games, making sure events are successful for everyone involved.* Monitor volleyball league operations with site management to ensure professional, appropriate, and fun play.* Direct and enforce volleyball league rules, policies and guidelines are always followed.* Partner with Community Leaders to actively maintain upkeep of equipment and materials at site.* Support and help to bring in new business, book teams, and promote league play / sign-ups as necessary.* Attend site specific meetings as it pertains to volleyball and operational efficiency of the organization.**Minimum Qualifications**At least one (1) year of related customer experience is required.**Work Environment**The physical demands and work environment described herein are representative of the criteria that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
