Responsibilities

• Manage the league operations for players, residents, guests, and site team operations.
• Create schedules across 8 Goat locations in 4 states for all active leagues.
• Manage daily functions for the league and teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Build relationships with site Team Members, players, guests, and residents within the communities.
• Communicate and work on scheduling adjustments, cancellations, etc. as needed.
• Observe, assess and assist during league play to support games, ensuring events are successful for everyone involved.
• Monitor volleyball league operations with site management to ensure professional, appropriate, and fun play.
• Direct and enforce volleyball league rules, policies, and guidelines to ensure they are always followed.
• Partner with Community Leaders to maintain upkeep of equipment and materials at site.
• Support and help bring in new business, book teams, and promote league play/sign‑ups as necessary.
• Attend site‑specific meetings related to volleyball and operational efficiency of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting, carrying, stooping, wiping; occasional lift over 25 pounds.

Exposure to direct sun outdoors, water, pool chemicals, sand, uneven terrain, and weather elements.

Position based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX, or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local stores.
