Job summary

Union College of Union County, NJ seeks an Assistant M-Volleyball Coaches Aide to report to the Head Coach and the Director of Athletics. You will assist in all aspects of the athletics program and help foster an environment that supports student-athletes in graduating on time and competing effectively.

This is a part-time, regular position on the CR campus with occasional travel. The role emphasizes coaching support, safety, and adherence to NJCAA policies, with a stated salary of $1,000.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Coaching and/or playing experience required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach in all aspects of the athletic program.
• Foster an environment supporting athletes' timely graduation.
• Contribute to developing and maintaining a competitive won/loss record.
• Support skill development, discipline, and integrity during games and practice.
