Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Job Location: Remote WFH (India)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talented individuals for various technical roles within our organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting top talent, a deep understanding of technical skills and experience, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and create job descriptions for open positions.
  2. Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
  3. Utilize various recruitment techniques including social media, job boards, and industry networks to attract top talent.
  4. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
  5. Manage the interview process, including scheduling, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  6. Negotiate and present job offers to successful candidates.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical (IT & Software) recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  3. Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top technical talent.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  5. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  6. Knowledge of current recruitment techniques and best practices.
  7. Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  8. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
