We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic VoIP Activations Manager to lead our VoIP provisioning and activation team. This role is critical to ensuring seamless onboarding and activation of VoIP services for our customers. You will oversee the end-to-end activation process, manage cross-functional coordination, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the VoIP activations team, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning of services.
  • Oversee the activation lifecycle from order intake to service turn-up, including porting, configuration, and testing.
  • Collaborate with engineering, customer support, and sales teams to ensure smooth transitions and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain activation workflows, documentation, and performance metrics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex activation issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure operational excellence and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay current with VoIP technologies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in VoIP provisioning, activation, or network operations.
  • Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, porting processes, and VoIP infrastructure.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with VoIP platforms (e.g., BroadSoft, Metaswitch) and provisioning tools.
  • Familiarity with telecom regulations and number portability standards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Salary

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $76,244 - $115,571
