Job Opportunity: Voice Over Artist for AI Training

Outlier helps innovative companies improve AI models through human feedback. We are seeking Voice Over Artists to assist in training audio machine-learning models aimed at understanding human speech and emotions better.

Responsibilities:

1. Record short conversations expressing various emotions, accents, and modulations.
2. Review and provide feedback on recordings by others.
3. Edit scripts as needed.
4. Ensure high-quality audio recordings, maintaining organized files.

Requirements:

• Native fluency in English (North American accent).
• Ability to express a wide range of emotions vocally.
• Quiet recording environment and access to recording equipment (microphone, audio interface).
• Experience with voice-related work (voiceover, podcasting, narration).

Preferred Skills:

• Background in acting, classical voice training, or vocal music.

Additional Information:

This is a freelance, 1099 contract position on the Outlier.ai platform, with pay up to $40/hour. Candidates in Illinois, Texas, and Washington are not eligible.
