Job summary

Cornerstone Defense seeks a Systems Engineer (Voice) to join our enterprise IT team in the Dulles area. You will design, test, and deploy VoIP infrastructure, collaborating with network engineers and telecom peers to support secure voice platforms.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in enterprise voice, a CS/CE degree, and familiarity with SIP signaling, PBX systems, and security accreditation processes; benefits are extensive and include training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems engineering in an enterprise IT environment.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or computer engineering.
• Experience with Voice, telephony or call center integration and security accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Work in an enterprise IT environment with tasks related to Voice infrastructure.
• Design, test, and deploy voice infrastructure and next-generation voice technologies.
• Support voice system upgrades, patching, and configuration.
• Contribute to call routing and trunking design within enterprise voice platforms.
