Qualifications

• 2+ years designing web services and service-oriented architectures in a modern language (Java, C#, Go).
• Hands-on experience with AI.
• Understanding of IP networking, HTTP, and REST.
• Experience with test automation patterns and frameworks.
• Familiar with relational and non-relational databases.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.
• A 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own code and apps end-to-end from design to production operations and monitoring.
• Apply AI across the full development lifecycle and review AI-generated code for security, style, and compliance.
• Use AI to innovate and add customer value.
• Contribute to solutions from start to finish across teams to ship value.
• Work with distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
• Collaborate with product owners to deliver powerful communication solutions.
• Drive innovation within Voice.
